This is a positive-pressure full-face respirator, designed for use with the 3M™ Scott™ range of breathing apparatus, including SCBA, airline, and escape models. It integrates: A liquid silicone rubber outer mask featuring a reflex seal, and a TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) ori-nasal inner mask — optimizing both sealing and wearer comfort. A left-hand quick-fit (LQF) bayonet connection for the demand valve, with an optional right-side quick-fit port for communications interfaces. A rugged multi-curvature polycarbonate visor that delivers excellent panoramic vision, complete with scratch-resistant and flame-retardant coating. Speech diaphragm at the front, paired with a low-resistance positive-pressure exhalation valve for clear communication and efficient breathing.  Specifically, the 2008699 model corresponds to the medium/large size and is equipped with a rubber (5-point) head harness, configurable with either LQF or REQF connection options.
